The canonical meshtrap documents — the docs/ tree and the spec/ contracts — are authored and reviewed by the maintainer; this site only vendors and presents them. No content is published that the maintainer has not reviewed.

What stays under human control:

  • The spec. Frame, MQTT, and API contracts change only through a deliberate version bump and changelog entry. AI does not ratify protocol changes.
  • Claims. meshtrap does not overclaim radio range in dense bush (it is not differentiated on raw range). Marketing copy is honest by policy.
  • What is published. The content surface is an explicit allow-list in content.manifest.mjs; nothing is published unless it is named there.
